SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering. The trunking digital communications system includes a base station subsystem, a switching subsystem, a sending subsystem and a data packet subsystem. Roaming takes place under a controlled sending subsystem. A local trunking digital communications system is connected to the network IP through a dispatching sever and a dispatching local register of the sending subsystem and is mutually connected to the trunking system of another region. The roaming method of the trunking system involves: user registration roaming, roaming of a user initiating a private call, roaming of a user initiating a group call, administration via message rights, call free-up and sending voice messages.
EFFECT: providing a user with roaming support for different services in the entire network coverage area.
