SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communications. Digital trunking roaming communication network contains a number of trunking communications, each of which contains subsystem of base stations and a dispatch subsystem. Herewith the subsystem of base stations is used to provide access to various services of the terminal and to direct trunking services to the dispatching subsystem. The dispatching subsystem ensures control of trunking service of terminal and these services within coverage area. The dispatching subsystems are interconnected through IP-network. This invention divides one control centre of present system into a number of independent subsystems owing to modular arrangement of network.
EFFECT: provided structure accuracy and independence, and implementation of various services and considerably reducing system complexity and dependence of various services.
