FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to material cutting by high-pressure jet of fluid containing various abrasive materials and can be used in heavy, light and food industries. Proposed device comprises cutting head with body and cutting nozzle and cooling device. Cutting head body has ribbed surface. Cooling device represents device for pre-cooling cutting head body by liquid nitrogen integrated with device to cool by liquid nitrogen the high-pressure fluid jet. The latter device is screwed on cutting head body. Device for pre-cooling cutting head body represents a detachable casing in the form of hollow cylinder fitted on cutting head ribbed body to make a chamber therein, branch pipe with nitrogen feed nozzle and has outlet branch pipe. Device to cool by liquid nitrogen the high-pressure fluid jet represents a casing, branch pipe with nitrogen feed nozzle, gas outlet branch pipe and mixing chamber with pocket. Said branch pipes outer parts have threads for them to be jointed to pipelines, while cutting nozzle is arranged in mixing chamber pocket.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing due to solid ice particles formed in high-pressure jet.
