FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method allows producing foamed molded article with foaming degree of 5% to 70% by volume and/or Shore hardness A reduced at least by 10% as compared to polymer moulded article from not foamed rubber. In compliance with this method, initial moulding compound comprises two separate components (A, B). Said components are separately fed into mould at increased pressure and mainly continuously impregnated by foaming agent (C), either both of them or only one component. After impregnation, both flows are mixed, still, at increased pressure. Now, reactive mix formed in mixing is injected into heated mould cavity at reduced pressure. Moulding compound is foamed inside said cavity at a time with solidification.
EFFECT: efficient method of producing foamed polymer moulded article with liquid silicon rubber.
