FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil shale extraction and processing and can be used in power engineering. Initial bulk of oil shale is fed to screen 1 wherefrom class +75 mm is directed to hammer 2 and rotor 3 crushers depending upon initial sizes of lumps. After crushers 2 and 3 class -75 mm is added to oil shale flow fed to screen 1. After screen 1, class -75 mm is directed to hopper-store 4 and, therefrom, oil shale -75 mm is fed to screen 5. After screen 5, class -25 mm is directed to conveyor 8, while class +25 -75 mm comes into impact crusher 6 with vertical rotary shaft running on principle of self-crushing "stone-against-stone". Therefrom, oil shale -25 mm and rock +25 -75 mm are directed to screen 7. Therefrom, concentrated oil shale is added to flow after screen 5 and conveyed by belt 8 to treatment by unit with solid heat carrier.
EFFECT: increased yield of concentrated oil shale of 0-25/30 mm approximating to 60-70%.
