FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes steam generators, rods, atomisers and valves. According to invention, it is equipped with steam generators located in oil layer and on the ground surface. Steam generator located in oil layer - cavity of the well contains 1-20 heating devices. Each heating device has a reducer which is fixed on the rod on lower side of which there welded are plugs, external tubes, lower tube with plugs. In cavity of each external tube there installed is expanded-clay insulator, exposed calorescence wire and transformer with primary and secondary windings which are connected to exposed calorescence wires and to 1-3 cables, each of which is located in the pipeline which is connected on lower side to each reducer, and on upper side - to the column of rods wound with heat insulating material layer, for example glass wool and steel band and with electric network. In lower part of column of rods there are atomisers with diametre of 0.5-55 mm with valves. Steam generator located on the ground surface is installed in sealed cavity of external cavity on the layer of 1- 500 mm heat insulating material, for example expanded clay. In cavity of steam generator there installed are exposed calorescence wires which are connected to the secondary and primary windings of transformers. Each transformer is installed on the cover and side plates. There is electric network, pipelines which are connected on one side to water supply system, cleaning filter and pump for water pressure of 1.0-40 MPa. On the other side, the pipelines are connected to the reducer for supply of boiling water or superheated steam with temperature of 100°-550°C and pressure of 10-40 MPa to the channel of column of rods of steam generator located in oil layer - cavity of the well, atomiser and oil layer.
EFFECT: improving the cleaning reliability of channels fouled with paraffins and viscous substances.
