FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: thermal power station contains steam generator, transformer, electric and heating networks; steam generator is located in cavity of cover with heat-insulating material with layer 50-500 mm thick, located along inner perimeter of outer cover, for example expanded clay; 1-22 tubes with plugs are installed in cavity of cover of steam generator and ceramic coils are installed in their cavities. The above coils have open incandescence wires connected to windings of transformers and contact switch which is connected to electric network of 1-20 wind-driven power stations, or to electric network of hydroelectric power station, or to electric network of tidal power station, or to electric network of nuclear power station, or to electric network of solar batteries the number of which is not less than 25, or to accumulators with charge devices from wind and solar batteries; radiator is installed on each of their casings in order to cool windings of transformers; steam generator is equipped with safety valve; for filling of steam generator and heating network of one-storied to nine-storied apartment buildings with cold water, the latter is supplied from town water-pipeline network through valve of bypass pipelines, and for filling of the above steam generator, heating network and tank of many-storied apartment buildings with cold water, the latter is supplied from town water-pipeline network by means of pump.

EFFECT: invention allows reducing electric power consumption, avoiding oxygen burnout from air medium and providing safe operation for men and environment.
