FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: drying method provides preparation of raw material by washing, crushing, forming of its layer by laying on the tray and further drying with IR rays in oscillating (impulse) heating mode up to the specified humidity. According to invention, drying process is performed in drying chamber in impulse mode "heating-cooling"; at that, heating is performed with IR rays with wave length within the range of 0.8-10 mcm, and material temperature is controlled by means of optical pyrometer which, by supplying the signal to control unit, automatically switches on/off IR radiators. Drying is performed with continuous ventilation of the layer of the dried material; at that, maximum material temperature at IR heating stage is 40-60°C, and minimum temperature at cooling stage is 25-35°C.
EFFECT: reducing energy consumption and increasing the quality of dried material.
