FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, more specifically, devices for charging shaft furnace, particularly, blast furnace. SUBSTANCE: device for charging of shaft furnace, for instance, blast furnace has bin for burden with inlet and outlet openings connected with unit for distribution of burden over furnace cross-section located in its top. Unit is installed for rotation round furnace axis and located under bin discharge opening. Said unit is formed by hub with five guide members uniformly spaced over its periphery. Each guide member is connected with hub located at angle to horizontal plane and consists of two sections arranged successively in direction of burden motion. The first section is located in immediate vicinity of hub and serves for changing the direction of vector of speed of burden motion from radial to circular. The second section is intended for deviation of burden motion from circular depending on direction and speed of unit rotation. Use of invention provides for obtaining the required profile of burden charge at high circular uniformity. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 5 dwg
