SUBSTANCE: volumetre has a self-contained generator of harmonic oscillations with an inductance-capacitance oscillatory circuit, a detecting element in form of a transmitting antenna, an amplifier, an antenna resistance indicator lying and connected in parallel to a phase indicator. The amplifier functions as a buffer in the "self-contained generator - detecting element" channel. The selected oscillation frequency corresponds to optimum wavelength for specific measurement conditions. Volume is continuously measured from the resultant readings of the computing device which determines impedance of the antenna taking into account information signals of the phase indicator and the resistance indicator.

EFFECT: invention increases measurement accuracy while widening the range of sensitivity and obtaining an integral factor as a result.
