FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: facility consists of gas sample block contacting analysed transformer oil and gas analyser. The block of gas pumping is located before the gas analyser. An output of the gas analyser is connected with an input of a signal generating and processing block. The latter is equipped with an analogue-digital converter. An output of the analogue-digital converter is connected with an input of a block for calculating concentration of analyzed gas tied to a block of indication and control block. Also the facility is equipped with at least one additional gas analyser. The gas sample block is made in form of at least two loops out of poly-tetra-fluorine-ethylene capillary tubes contacting the corresponding gas analyser. Surface of loops contacts analysed transformer oil. The block of gas pumping is made as at least two reversible pumps. One input channel of each of pumps contacts analysed gas mixture at the output of capillaries of the gas sample block, while their another input channel contacts atmospheric air. An electric input is tied with the control block. The block for signal generating and processing contains at least two identical channels consisting of a block of memory of concentration of analysed gas, of a block of memory of electric signal from atmospheric air, and of a subtracting and analogue-digital converter block. Also the first inputs of both memory blocks are connected with the output of the gas analyser, the second inputs are connected with the output of the control block, while the outputs are connected to corresponding inputs of the subtracting block. The output of the subtracting block is connected to the input of the analogue-digital converter.
EFFECT: upgraded accuracy and reliability of measurements.
