ACID VAPOUR SIGNALLING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC G01N1/02 G01N1/24

Abstract RU 2483288 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: signalling device has a housing and a reaction vessel filled with the analysed solution. The signalling device also has a sampling device for acid vapour sucked from the space over a processing bath through a hose by a compressor, a normally open valve and an ejector, a pump, a T-branch and a normally closed valve, which feed pure deionised water from a container into the reaction vessel through pipes. The signalling device has a platform-holder for electrodes for measuring temperature and pH of the analysed solution of the obtained electrolyte, the outputs of which are connected to a device for controlling, processing and displaying information on concentration of the acid vapour, which is connected to the pump, compressor and valves. Passing the analysed acid vapour through the solution of deionised water to form the analysed electrolyte solution in the reaction vessel is carried out periodically, and replacement of the deionised water in the reaction vessel with pure deionised water is carried out for each cycle of measuring concentration of acid vapour.

EFFECT: enabling determination of acid vapour with reduced measurement error.
