SUBSTANCE: device comprises turbo decoder (1), counter of symbols (2), counter of iterations (3), buffer of pack logical processing (4), comparator of recipient's address (5), memory device of recipient's address (6), N comparators of sender's address (71-7N), N memories of sender's address (81-8N), the first (9) and second (12) logical elements "OR", buffer of pack storage (11) and logical element "AND" (10). Buffer of logical pack processing (4) makes it possible to extract addresses of sender and addresses of recipient from decoded pack, and buffer of pack storage (11) makes it possible to execute recording, storage and distribution of decoded pack to recipients.

EFFECT: improved throughput of communication channel with N subscribers.
