SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to radio engineering and can be used in constructing radio communication systems for transmitting voice data and images. Value of controlled command windows is set, independent of user information, and stored in the radio communication system as control value. At the transmitting side, data packet of service and user information is generated. The service information should contain controlled command windows, filled-in in accordance with previously stored control value. Generated data packet is encoded by a turbo code and transmitted to the user through the radio communication channel. At the receiving side, the turbo code is iteratively decoded, predetermining the maximum number of decoding iterations. After each decoding iteration of the turbo code from the obtained value of the decoded data packet, controlled command windows are selected and compared with the control value, known by the receiving side. In case of coincidence of the value of received controlled command windows with the controlled value, it can be concluded that the data packet was properly received. Information is sent to user and acknowledgment is sent to the transmitting side. If, after carrying out the maximum number of decoding iterations, the value of received controlled command window does not coincide with the control value, it can be concluded that, the data packet has not been properly received, and negative acknowledgment is sent to the transmitting side for repeated transmission of the packet.
EFFECT: higher capacity of the radio communication channel.
