SUBSTANCE: criterion of start-up is established to communicate indicator of channel quality (CQI), and WTRU is sent to CQI Unit B, only if start-up criterion is satisfied. Start-up criterion may be current working value CQI in Unit B or is based on statistics of acceptance of erroneous transport units or on previously identified period of time.
EFFECT: reduced transfer of feedback signals along ascending communication line by device of wireless transfer-acceptance related to transfer of data of broadcasting-multiple-address transmission service along high-speed channel of packet access of descending communication line.
