FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: wireless transfer/reception unit (WTRU) detects multiple eNodeB of a target cell, which border upon eNodeB of a service cell. WTRU assesses criteria of repeated cell selection and determines the neighbouring eNodeB of the target cell for repeated selection. WTRU receives and reads the main information unit and system information messages of the neighbouring eNodeB of the target cell and confirms. WTRU determines the neighbouring eNodeB of the target cell for eNodeB of the service cell. Then WTRU once again receives and reads messages of MIB from the neighbouring eNodeB of the target cell, in order to identify where the system information has changed, and if it is so, then WTRU reads system information and repeatedly selects the neighbouring eNodeB of the target cell, which presents services of wireless communication.
EFFECT: provision of continuous communication services and minimisation of delay in process of service transfer and repeated cell selection.
