SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in food industry and may be realised in production of coffee substitutes. Dill seeds are extracted with liquid nitrogen, and according miscella is separated, it is prepared, cut and dried in microwave field at specified parametres of process. Girasol-sunflower is fried and dried in microwave field at specified parametres of process. Orange pulp is dried and additionally dried by convection method. Girasol-sunflower and orange pulp are mixed. Produced mix is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure. Pressure is reduced down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of mix and its cryo-grinding in the medium of released nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention provides for production of instant-powder of flavoured coffee drink using wasteless technology.
