SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of satisfying human necessities, in particular to soft mattress and pillows of general, both everyday purpose, and for application for medical-preventive and rehabilitation purposes for correction and prevention of spine pathologies, consequences of traumas and fractures, bedsores, malfunction of venous drainage and other pathological conditions. Orthopedic device contains two covers, placed one in another, and filler. Internal cover is made from air-penetrable tissue with pore size less than 15 mcm. External cover is made from tissue with antimicrobial properties. Filler represents mixture of micro-glass-spheres from sodium borosilicate glass with size 15-200 mcm, and micro-glass-spheres from potassium-sodium glass with size 50-160 mcm, with silicon organic covering, which are in mixture in volume ratio 12:1-5:1. Internal cover, which contains filler, is made with hermetic connection of borders along its perimetre. Volume of filler is less than maximal volume of internal cover and ratio of filler volume and maximal volume of internal cover is within the range 1/2-2/3.

EFFECT: invention allows to ensure correct anatomical position of head, spine or extremities in result of arising conditions of pseudo weightlessness and even distribution of load, which brings to muscular relaxation, ending of pain syndrome, improvment of venous drainage, as well as ensures preservation of infrared heat, irradiated by human organism, which results in physiotherapeutic effect.
