FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, in particular to orthopedic anti-decubital products, and is aimed at improving the durability of the device. Orthopedic product contains a case of flexible material, divided into cells, in which there is a filler with granules of foamed polystyrene. Granules from expanded polystyrene are placed and mixed in a gel containing water, glycerin, antiseptic and gelling from the group: styromal, carbomer, with the formation of a viscoelastic filler.
EFFECT: cover is made sealed and evacuated, and its cells are made with interconnecting internal volumes, with the possibility of overflow of filler between the cells.
