FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. ECG of virtually healthy people and its first derivative in 12 common leads are registered. Rate of ventricle activation is calculated as ratio of maximal amplitude of differentiated curve of QRS complex to maximal amplitude of QRS complex of ordinary ECG(s-1). Mean arithmetic value for each examined person is found. If rate of ventricle activation is lower than 44.2(s-1) disturbance of myocardium electric activity is diagnosed. Method suggests using rate of ventricle activation as marker of heart electric activity disturbances in adaptation of myocardium to impact of risk factors at the stage of pre-illness and can be recommended for carrying out preventive programmes, in screening examinations in outpatient practice.

EFFECT: increase of diagnostics accuracy.
