FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for treatment of hernias. Hernia sac is cut longitudinally in the middle, to hernial ring from bottom to top, forming two leaves of hernial sac. Both sides of leaves are cut across into 3 strips to hernial ring. On first and third strips from the left side linear hole is made, indenting 5 cm inwards. From the right side linear hole is made on the second strip. Right first and third strips are passed into the opening of the first and third strips of the left side, and left second strip is passed in the hole of the second right strip. On fixed strips biomaterial Alloplant from dense connective formation of rectangular form with rounded angles is placed.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce risk of recurrence.
