FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for hemostasis in case of mine-explosion wounds. Used is clamping device with handle, metal plate in four angles of which symmetrically located are holes which allow to drain and control hemostasis stability with tightly pressed plate. On Mikulich tampons metal plate is placed. Said clamping device with handle and metal plate are pressed by means of belt with clamp until secretion of blood from holes on plate stops.
EFFECT: method allows to ensure stable hemostasis.
