FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and can be used in Achilles tendon reconstruction after acute closed rupture. A retention suture is delivered transdermally in a frontal plane, sequentially through proximal and distal fragments of the ruptured tendon as a Cuneo's suture and x-suture respectively. The suture ends are introduced onto lateral surfaces of the calcaneal bone. A through canal in the calcaneal bone is created. A free suture is delivered therein. The retention suture ends are passed towards each other through the through canal and fixed to the suture ends clearing through the canal in the calcaneal bone.
EFFECT: method provides tendon healing conditions.
