FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and can be used in restoration of Achilles tendon in case of its fresh subcutaneous rupture. Method includes application of transcutaneous Kuehne suture of tendon fragments, tying threads to each other, further immobilisation. On proximal and distal fragments one additional cross-shaped suture is applied in frontal plane in deep layer of Achilles tendon. At the level of rupture from tied ends of threads formed are adaptation loops, two on each side, in proximal fragment of tendon and farther passed through formed tunnels into distal fragment of tendon to the level of calcaneous bone and fixed to calcaneous bone periosteum towards each other. Ends of threads from external and internal sides are tied to each other.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of matching of Achilles tendon fragments both by width and by length, reduce trauma of calcaneous bone, prevent recurrences and reduce probability of development of functional failure of triceps.
