SUBSTANCE: technique involves introducing an endoscope into the duodenum with alternately fixing the position of external and internal parts of the endoscope by delivering and depressurising in external and internal cylinders respectively. Thereafter, the external and internal parts of the endoscope are pulled out respectively. The internal part is moved by 0.05-0.1 of the length of the endoscope with repeating the procedure to reach a required region of the duodenum. The endoscope has a flexible tube with fibre glass and an operating handle. In addition, the endoscope comprises the external and internal parts. The external part is kinematically coupled with a control unit. The internal part is movable by 0.05-0.1 of the length of the endoscope. On the external and internal parts, there are cylinders pneumatically connected to a pressurising source.

EFFECT: use of said group of the inventions allows enhancing the endoscopy technique.
