FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmology and can be used in severe glaucoma surgery. It involves two-line cyclocryocoagulation of one-third of a projection of the ciliary body. It is combined with cyclodialysis in the same area through a sclera incision between the coagulate lines, and introduction of viscoelastic 1 ml in the cyclodialysis cleft.
EFFECT: method provides a stable hypotensive effect ensured by partial cryodestruction of the ciliary body and creation of the cyclodialysis cavity.
