FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for layout and connection of pipes of required length at manufacture of complex networks, namely on ships, factories, workstations of pipeline routing, etc. The first pipe is located on testing plate, and the other pipe - on working plate of weight balancing device for levelling as per the first pipe. Device of automatic levelling of pipes is installed in the first pipe and the shape of joint is measured. The second pipe is levelled as per the first pipe for compliance with result of the first measurement. The second measurement of the shape of joint is performed for configuration of its levelling. When the result value of the second measurement lies within the specified allowance, there made is sealing and welding gas inlet. Device includes many pressure cells installed in lower part of its working plate. Controller receives detection signal shaped from pressure cell, and analyses information on the levelling object for shaping the control signal. Shaper of working force receives control signal from controller in order to control the operating pressure of each of many pressure supply lines. Cylinders of levelling and balancing devices are connected to pressure supply lines to control the position of working plate.

EFFECT: decreasing load of pipes at their arrangement and welding.
