SUBSTANCE: cutting plate comprises top surface, bottom surface and lateral surfaces, which connect upper surface and bottom surface to each other, hole which passes through top surface and bottom surface and cutting edges are formed by top surface and side surfaces, side surface of main cutting edge of side surfaces is equipped with first rear surface, transition surface extending from first rear surface, and second back surface extending from transition surface. First rear surface is formed so that rear angle or width of rear surface varies along cutting edge, and transition surface is equipped with multiple ribs for strengthening cutting edge.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and rigidity of cutting plate is achieved.
