FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for reducing NOx exhausts from zone of regeneration during cracking with fluidisated catalyst of hydrocarbon raw material to components of lower molecular weight. According to this procedure, hydrocarbon raw material contacts cracking catalyst at raised temperature in a cracking installation with fluidisated cracking catalyst. The installation has a regeneration zone operating in a mode of complete combustion under conditions facilitating production of hydrocarbon components with lower molecular weight. The said cracking catalyst contains (a) a component of cracking applicable for hydrocarbon catalyst cracking and (b) component of NOx reduction containing (i) at least approximately 5.0 wt % of acid metal oxide practically not containing zeolite (ii), at least 0.5 wt %, in terms of metal oxide, of metal component chosen from a group consisting of alkali metals, earth metals and their mixtures; (in) at least 0.1 wt %, in terms of metal oxide, of metal oxide oxygen accumulator; (iv) at least 0.1 sh/mln of palladium; and (v) at least 0.1 sh/mln of valuable metal chosen from a group consisting of platinum, iridium, rhodium, osmium, ruthenium, rhenium and their mixtures. All percents refer to complete weight of NOx reduction component.
EFFECT: reduced exhausts of NOx in cracking process.
