FIELD: catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: structured monolithic catalyst for reducing NOx emissions in the exhaust gas composition, to a method for its production, to the use of a structured monolithic catalyst to reduce NOx emissions, and also to a method for processing exhaust gas after incomplete regeneration. The proposed catalyst contains a structured monolithic carrier and a coating of active components deposited on the inner surface and/or outer surface of the structured monolithic carrier. Relative to the total weight of the catalyst, the active component coating is present in an amount ranging from 1 to 50 wt.%, while the active component coating contains active metal components and a support. The active metal components comprise the first metal element, the second metal element, the third metal element, and the fourth metal element. The first metal element is selected from the group consisting of non-noble metal elements of group VIII, and the first metal element contains Fe and Co, and the mass ratio of Fe and Co is from 1:0.1 to 1:10 in terms of oxides. The second metal element is at least one element selected from the group consisting of metal elements of groups IA and/or IIA, the third metal element is at least one element selected from the group consisting of non-noble metal elements of groups IB-VIIB , and the fourth metallic element is at least one element selected from the group consisting of noble metallic elements. In this case, a monolithic carrier with parallel channels open at both ends is chosen as a structured monolithic carrier. The support is at least one material selected from the group consisting of alumina, double silicon alumina, zeolite, spinel, kaolin, diatomite, perlite and perovskite. And at least a portion of the Fe in the catalyst composition is in the form of iron carbide, and at least a portion of the Co in the composition is in the form of elemental cobalt.
EFFECT: development of a catalyst for reducing NOx emissions in the composition of the exhaust gas, which exhibits high activity of catalytic conversion in relation to reduced nitrides, which can be obtained in a simple way, and, if used in the FCC process, it can effectively reduce NOx emissions with incomplete regeneration of the exhaust gas.
