FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: in corresponding culture medium the strain K04-0144 belonging to the genus Streptomyces, possessing ability to produce a group of compounds K04-0144 is cultivated, at that isolated from it compounds K04-0144A, K04-0144B and K04-0144C have strong antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), while the compound K04-0144D has intensifying anti-MRSA activity in combination with β-lactam antibiotics. For isolated compounds chemical structures (I-IV) presented in patent claim are established. The strain isolated from soil Streptomyces sp.K04-0144 NITE BP-107 - producer of this group of compounds is described. The compound K04-0144D possessing ability to exacerbate effect of β-lactam antibiotics in combination with them, is applicable as a therapeutic agent for treatment of infectious diseases caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and bacteria possessing multidrug resistance including resistant to β-lactam antibiotics.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain new therapeutic drugs against MRSA-infections and infectious diseases caused by bacteria with multidrug resistance.
