SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prop-2-yn-1-yl(2Z)-2-[(3β,4α,8α,11α,14β,16β)-16-(acetyloxy)-3-(butylamino)-11-hydroxy-4,8,10,14-tetramethylgonan-17-ylidene]-6-methylhept-5-enoate (1)
as well as to the use of the amine derivative of the propargyl ester of fusidic acid according to claim 1 as an agent with antimicrobial activity for controlling human and animal diseases caused by gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and pathogenic fungal cultures of Cryptococcus neoformans.
EFFECT: obtaining a novel compound which has low toxicity at maximum test concentration and exhibits antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and fungicidal activity on Cryptococcus neoformans.
