FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises delivery of fluid anti-ice agent representing water solution of metal salts and distributing fluid agent on over road coating from vessels mounted on vehicle. Prior to delivery, metal salts are leaded into vessel together with water and delivered to p road to be coated by said mix. Said ingredients are mixed for solid metal salts to be dissolved in water. During mix delivery, rate of dissolution is regulated by mixing performed by bubbling and circulating solution in vessels. Proposed device comprises appliance for delivery and distribution of anti-glased ice agents, agent vessels, mounted on vehicle and inter-communicated. Every vessel has bottom and sidewalls. Device incorporates also chemical pump arranged on delivery means and having suction and pressure chambers and fluid agent distributer communicated with chemical pump pressure chamber via feeding pipeline. It incorporates also solution bubbling appliances.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of interaction between agent and ice, reduced consumption of agent.
