FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with proposed method, experimental or designed method is used to obtain dependence of material distributor actuator hydraulic drive rpm upon type of used materials and current of pulse-width modulators drawn in circuits of proportional electromagnets incorporated with controllers of said actuators. Then dependencies are entered in tabular form in ACS programmable microcontroller memory. Then said tabular data are selectively retrieved from microcontroller memory depending upon preset operating conditions of materials distributor and type of distributed materials. Then signals are generated to control pulse-width modulator current. Note here that constant flow rate work fluid is fed to hydraulic controllers of drive rpm. Proposed system comprises control board arranged on vehicle, control unit that incorporates programmable controller, and vehicle speed electronic transducer.
EFFECT: ACS versatility and higher reliability.
