FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: compressor assembly 1 intended for compression of extracted medium 80, particularly in underwater conditions, comprises compressor 3 and motor 2 consisting of stator 16 and rotor 15. Stator 16 of motor 2 communicates with separate cooling device 40 and is cooled via the latter that contains coolant 56. Cooling of machinery in underwater conditions is particularly difficult because of hard access and absence of physical exchange with ambient medium. To solve the problem, pentaerythritol and tetracarboxylic acid ether is used as coolant 56.
EFFECT: higher operating reliability.
