FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: circuit breaker comprises closing electromagnet and pulling electromagnet, closing and opening springs, fixed and movable contacts. Armature of closing electromagnet and magnetic circuit of pulling electromagnet are rigidly interconnected and fitted on axle to rotate thereabout. Said axle supports also pulling electromagnet armature with fixed contact.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption in operation of circuit breaker, faster operation and higher reliability.
