FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in method of transmission and receiving of digital information in tropospheric communication line, which is based on separation of signals as to frequency, there used according to invention is modulation of central frequency of radiated signals with linear frequency modulation (LFM) by binary information law; their processing is performed on matched compression filter and useful information is separated by means of selection strobes and synchronising pulses induced with LFM pilot signal.

EFFECT: reducing the impact of fadings at transmission and reception of information in digital tropospheric communication lines, and increasing interference immunity of communication at simplifying the device for implementation of the method.
