Compounds of common chemical formula [C₆H₅CH₂N(CH₃)_m(CH₂CH₂OH)_3-m]⁺Cl^-, where m=0, 1, 2, are used as stress-protectors-phyto-controllers, having both auxin and weak retardant activity, by means of seeds, stems, leaves or soil treatment for improved rootage of seed grain and plant materials.

EFFECT: used to improve stability of plants against meteorological and phyto-pathogenic stresses and improved crop capacity by means of pre-sowing treatment of seeds with further spraying of vegetating plants.
