SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solution evaporation processes and equipment and can be used in chemical, food and other industries. Propose plant comprises evaporation unit furnished with heating chamber, vapor chamber and separator, compression mechanical stage that compresses secondary vapor and device to inject water and/or condensate in compressed secondary vapor. Compression mechanical stage represents a hydraulically driven compressor provided with hydraulic and compression cylinders with pistons, suction and delivery valves, oil pump with motor and oil lines. Said suction and/or delivery valves of said hydraulically driven compressor are arranged to close and open, while compression cylinders communicate via pipelines with heating chamber and evaporation unit separator. Device to inject water and/or condensate is arranged directly in compression cylinders of hydraulically driven compressor.

EFFECT: notably reduced consumption of fresh vapor, reduced capital and operating costs, smaller weight and sizes.
