SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used in gas turbine engines and gas-steam power plants. Gas-steam power plant is characterized by the fact that air from the gas turbine engine compressor is supplied to the low pressure working medium supply port made on one side of the rotor of the steam-gas cascade pressure exchanger, and on the opposite side of the rotor in the housing there is a low-pressure working medium discharge port, for example, water vapor, to at least one regenerative condensate heater, possibly of a mixing type, Note here that at least part of working medium may be fed to additional turbine with its outlet or outlet connected to regenerative heater of lower pressure condensate.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and ecological parameters of gas-steam power plants with minimum weight and size characteristics.
