FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical engineering and is designed to determine coagulation of blood. Testing element contains the first and second surface located at a predetermined distance opposite each other. Both surfaces contain two essentially identical structures forming congruent areas with high and low surface energy. Areas with high surface energy form a system of distribution of a sample with sensitive to coagulation sites. At least one sensitive area is equipped with at least one coagulating reagent. Testing system of coagulation contains testing element, recording device, processing device and display device. Method of producing a test element includes formation of plots structure with high and low surface energy, coating of at least one pre-defined sensitive area with at least one coagulating agent, imposing layers of first and second surfaces on opposite sites of the central layer. The method of determination of coagulation in serum or liquid of whole blood or serum sample includes applying a serum or a liquid of whole blood sample on the test element of coagulation, insertion of the test element in coagulation measuring device, reading the output values on the display device.
EFFECT: improvement of determination efficiency of whole blood coagulation due to minimal steps: applying blood on a strip, automatic calculation of accurate result including means for quality control "on a strip", cheapening of method of fabricating test element of coagulation due to reducing the number of complex stages.
