FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of analytical chemistry. Disclosed is a biomedical paper sensitive element for determining concentration of analytes in fluids, comprising a plurality of axial symmetrical test zones, which diverge by rays towards the outside from the central point and each of which is separated by wax paint partitions and contains a test reagent, and a reference section which surrounds said plurality of axial test zones and which comprises a plurality of calibration colour subarea comprising a separate predefined colour for each subarea for comparison with each axial test zone from a corresponding plurality of axial test zones. Also disclosed are biomedical paper sensitive elements, further comprising different concentrations of the test reagent for displaying a colour change gradient, or additional substrate separating area of axial test zones and area of calibration colour, where area of divergent axial test zones is at least 37.5 % of total area of device.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher accuracy of measuring concentration of analytes due to increased area of test zones, as well as easier calibration due to built-in calibrating colour.
