FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for application in biological research. Microfluidic devices contain layer of photoresist, in which communicating with each other input chamber, optional reaction chamber and at least one detection chamber are located, located under photoresist layer support and located above photoresist layer cover. Devices additionally contain set of absorbing canals downstream with respect to the last detection chamber. In reaction chamber and detection chamber(s) placed are biogenic or immunoreactive substances. When liquid sample is introduced drop-by-drop into input chamber, sample liquid is drawn through said devices due to capillary action. Methods of detection include electrochemical detection, colorimetric detection and fluorescent detection.
