SUBSTANCE: device comprises support frame, movable element that determines plane of reservoir support, and moving element. Actuation of moving element provides for motion of movable element. Moving element comprises pyrodynamic facilities, which, prior to its actuation, provide for application of even pressure to reservoir ready for perforation. After actuation of moving element its pyrotechnical actuation releases movable element with provision of its dynamic motion. Application of uniform and evenly distributed compressing force to reservoir provides for dynamic motion of specified movable element into final position, parallel to initial position, in which reservoir is empty from its content.
EFFECT: invention provides for full compression of reservoir and full usage of substance or liquid in contamination of precious documents or objects.
