SUBSTANCE: method and device for recovering CO2 at oxy-combustion includes oxygen source and combustion chamber for combustion of fuel with oxygen, and thus obtaining waste gas containing CO2, water and excess oxygen as its main components; at that, the first part of waste gas is supplied to the first channel of waste gas and compressed for obtaining the flow of compressed waste gas at pressure higher than sixty bars; flow of compressed waste gas is cooled in primary unit of CO2 separation for recovering the first part of CO2 by condensing the first part for obtaining the first flow of liquid CO2 and flow of high pressure waste gas containing oxygen and excess CO2; the first flow of liquid CO2 is drained from power plant, and high pressure waste gas flow is supplied to secondary unit of CO2 separation for recovering the second part of CO2 by its being adsorbed by adsorption material.
EFFECT: invention allows effective recovering of CO2 at oxy-combustion.
