FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to operation procedure for IGCC power plant with integrated CO2 separation device CO2. At that process gas containing H2 and CO2 is divided by pressure swing absorption (PSA) to hydrogen of technical grade and fraction with high CO2 content, at that the fraction with high CO2 content is extracted in result of pressure drop in the form of flue gas from the PSA plant. The generated hydrogen is burnt in at least one gas turbine intended for current generation. Flue gas of the gas turbine is used in a heat-recovery boiler to produce water steam expanded in a steam turbine intended for current generation as well. Flue gas of the PSA plant is burnt in a separate boiler with us of technically pure hydrogen, at that combustion gas is generated with temperature more than 1000°C. Combustion gas is used for generation of superheated steam supplied to the steam turbine process and/or for generation of high pressure steam for the steam turbine process. Using waste heat of the gas turbine and waste heat of combustion gas superheated steam is generated with pressure more than 120 bar and temperature exceeding 520°C for the steam-turbine process.
EFFECT: invention allows improvement of the total efficiency factor for IGCC power plant with integrated CO2 separation device.
