SUBSTANCE: proposed set comprises heat-and-moisture proof pipes, fittings, couplers, branch pipes, braches, for example, T-bens, shut-off valves and accessories and flashing couplings. Said means are to ensure volumetric protection of pipe by moisture proof material calculated from specific volume of flashing-to-payload volume unit of pipe arbitrary running meter ratio making, at least, 0.09. While, at least, one isolated shut-off valve of the set is made of insulation from polymer or polymer containing materials made up of composite pipe made from larger and smaller diameter pipe blanks by cutting shut-off valve openings in larger diameter pipe blank as well as cylindrical uneven wedges in the form of cylindrical triangle, primarily, isosceles triangle, with its arbitrary base located in branch pipe end surface, and producing, between proximate cutouts, a cylindrical blade, primarily, of the truncated cone shape. Note here that blade height is made sufficient for producing socket of transition from larger diameter branch pipe to smaller diameter branch pipe, jointing together, by welding, of adjacent socket. Note here that sum of lengths of socket faces, as-jointed, corresponds to perimetre of tube end face of smaller diameter pipe blank jointed thereto.
