METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF ENDOGENOUS INTOXICATION Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC G01N33/487

Abstract RU 2395087 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: drop of mixed saliva is dried and analysis of obtained facies structure is carried out with the microscope. Low degree of endogenous intoxication is detected at presence of dark pigmentation in the heart of facies central zone. An average degree of endogenous intoxication is detected at presence of dark pigmentation in the form of a ring at the edge of facies central zone. The high degree of endogenous intoxication is detected at presence of dark pigmentation across the facies central zone. The method is simple and available in implementation.

EFFECT: use of the method enables to determine degree of endogenous intoxication and conduct dynamic monitoring of intoxication level in course of treatment without invasive procedures.
