SUBSTANCE: indices of erythrocyte aggregation M5, M10 are analysed automatically determined with aggregometry of erythrocytes of type Ma1 for two time intervals - 5 and 10 seconds, and time parametre (RT0) equal to the ratio of degrees of aggregation in the specified time intervals (M10/M5) is calculated, if its value exceeds 2.80 a high probability of occurrence of complications during the month after occurrence of acute myocardial infarction (heart rhythm disorders, formation of thrombus in cavity of left ventricle, aneurysm, occasional myocardial infarction) is predicted.

EFFECT: use of invention enables to objective course of acute myocardial infarction, identify risk groups at progression, progression of complications, to carry out an adequate range of treatment and preventive measures most effectively and in due time.
