FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: oil refilling method of equipment, mainly of high-voltage inputs, consists in preliminary preparation of oil, involves oil degassing by its being supplied to continuously vacuumised capacity till it is filled, oil control and its further pumping from capacity to the input during preliminary oil preparation. When filling the capacity, oil is continuously mixed with the help of the jet of the entering oil. Refilling is performed by compressed air extrusion of preliminary prepared oil from capacity to input. Refilling device includes capacity (1) made in the form of cylinder with floating piston (2) inside it, as well as vacuum pump (5) with pipeline (9). On upper cover (3) of capacity (1) there is element for vertical mounting of transparent cylinder (12), ball check valve (13) and element of oil supply to capacity (14), and on lower cover (4) there is through nozzle (15) the external connection element of which is matched with tips of supply pipeline (8) of manual pump (6) and one of two branches of vacuum pipeline (16). On upper end of transparent cylinder there is cap (17) on which there mounted are valves of supply (18) and discharge (19) of vacuum of capacity, as well as nozzle (20) for connection of second branch (21) of vacuum pipeline. Inside transparent cylinder there is float (22) with protrusion (23) on upper surface, which is conjugated with cavity made in cap (24). Oil is supplied to capacity from oil tank (11) with injection nozzle (25) connected to oil pipeline (10) through tee-piece (26) with valve (27).

EFFECT: improving quality of prepared oil and simplifying the design.
